DARWEN dad-of-two and action man Dan Hill is about to hit the wall.
The head of fundraising for Rosemere Cancer Foundation, Dan, 37, next Wednesday flies out to Beijing for what is the charity’s most ambitious fundraising expedition yet – a once in a lifetime six-day trek along the Great Wall of China.
He will be part of a 17-strong team of Rosemere Cancer Foundation supporters.
Signal permitting, Dan is planning a daily Great Wall blog to update wife Sarah, a teacher at Longshaw Infants School, Blackburn, daughters Ebony, nine, and Evie, six, work colleagues and supporters on the group’s progress via the charity’s website at www.rosemere.org.uk.
He has also set up a Just Giving page at justgiving.com/fundraising/d-hill6
