Jesse Rivers is wanted by police
Three of East Lancashire's most wanted men have been arrested, police have confirmed.
Stephen Dwyer, Richard Rooney and Zahid Shafiq were all arrested this morning.
But Jesse Rivers, 23, who has links to Blackburn and Darwen, is still on the run. He is wanted for a domestic-related breach of a restraining order. He is 5ft 11ins, of a slim build,with short blonde shaven hair.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts should not approach the men but call police on 101.
