A FEW tickets still remain for celebrated actress and documentary-maker Joanna Lumley’s live one-woman show at King George’s Hall, Blackburn.
The 72-year-old star of Absolutely Fabulous and the New Avengers will be at the Northgate venue on Wednesday November 7 starting at 7.30pm.
Her show 'It’s All About Me' will see her share stories from her career spanning more than four decades beginning as a model in the Swinging Sixties and ending with travel documentaries such as her Silk Road Adventure which finished last week in ITV.
Ms Lumley will be joined on stage by friend and producer Clive Tulloh, who will put tquestions from the audience to her.
Her acting career includes Coronation Street, On the Buses, Dracula and as a brainwashed Bond Girl in Blofeld’s lair in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
She said: "Nothing like this has come my way before."
A spokesman for King George's Hall said: "There are still a few tickets left but they have been selling fast recently."
