Victim Carly Dunmore was injured by a Japanese Akita dog
A MAN has been told to pay £200 after admitting to being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control when it injured a woman,
Magistrates heard the Japanese Akita dog belonging to Christopher Kendal injured Carly Dunmore in Townley Street, Colne, in March.
Kendal, 27, of Townley Street, Colne, was fined £300, with £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.
