Firefighters were called to a chimney fire on Sunday night.
Crews from Colne and Nelson attended a domestic property on Skipton Road, Colne, just before 9pm, after a caller reported sparks coming from the chimney.
When they arrived at the scene they located the fire which is thought to have started in the chimney pot.
Crews from both stations used a 10.5m ladder, roof ladder and a working at height kit at the scene.
Firefighters were in attendance for approximately one hour.
There were no casualties as a result of the incident.
