Section of M65 closed due to 'police incident'
Motorists have been advised to avoid the M65 near Blackburn following a 'police incident.
The lanes between junctions four and five westbound and eastbound have been closed.
A police spokesman said: "We have put a rolling road block in place for the time being.
"We are dealing with a police incident."
