THE scaffolding has been taken down from a new £5million Nelson business centre and Grand Cinema in Market Street.
The three-storey building was constructed by Pendle-based Barnfield Construction.
It will house Liberata workers, which runs human resources, IT, estates and revenue and benefits on behalf of Pendle Council.
