PEOPLE who have come across interesting or unidentified objects in their gardens or while out and about can find out more about them on Wednesday.
Blackburn Museum and Art Gallery is hosting a special session to inform residents about their 'finds'.
Anyone who has a mystery item found while metal detecting, walking or digging in the garden can taken it on Wednesday to the Level 2 Research Room between noon and 2pm.
The museum’s Curator of History Caroline Wilkinson will lead the 'Object Identification Day'.
Portable Antiquities Finds Officer Stuart Noon be on hand to identify your archaeological finds and record those over 300 years old.
The event in one of a series of bi-monthly sessions as part of national Portable Antiquities Scheme run by the British Museum.
