Commuters warned about disruption through Clitheroe
RAIL commuters are being warned about possible disruption after the points at Clitheroe are blocked.
Northern Rail tweeted about the incident saying that services through the station are going to be delayed by up to half-an-hour.

It is expected that the disruption will last until 3.15pm.
