A TEENAGER who caused trouble outside an off-licence had too much to drink after getting a bank loan, a court was told.
Burnley Magistrates heard how jobless Ryan Taylor, 19, was shouting and swearing outside the premises in Clitheroe Road and ended up being arrested.
The defendant, of Russell Terrace, Padiham, admitted being drunk and disorderly and was fined £100, with £50 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
Taylor claimed the shopkeeper refused to serve him because of an earlier incident with his father. The defendant said: "I was drunk and one thing led to another."
