TWO teenagers have been arrested after a robbery at Blackburn railway station.

The incident was reported shortly before 7.15pm yesterday (September 13).

A mobile phone and a bank card were taken but no weapons were used.

A 16-year-old boy and a 17-year-old boy both from Blackburn have been arrested on suspicion of robbery.

The two boys are in custody while officers continue to make enquiries into this incident as part of the investigation.

British Transport Police (BTP) is appealing for anyone who was at the station and saw anything to come forward.
