THE British Red Cross celebrated 100 years in Lancashire with an open day at Lady Towneley House, in Manchester Road, Burnley.
The celebrations included an exhibition, part of Burnley's Festival of Heritage, with uniforms and memorabilia dating back 100 years together with a first aid demonstration by Red Cross volunteers.
