DRAMA classes for young people are being held to inspire creativity.

Blackburn drama teacher Stephanie Patchett Byrne is hosting the new classes at the Bureau in Blackburn for young people from seven to 18 years old.

Acting The Goat Youth Theatre will develop acting skills, confidence, and support GCSE and A-level students.

Stephanie, who trained at London’s Goldsmith University, said: “The country is seeing a lot of budget cuts when it comes to creative subjects, and I want to make sure as many young people as possible have access to opportunities in drama.”

Sessions will run from 4.30 to 6pm on Tuesdays, whilst seven to 10-year-olds sessions run from 4.30 to 5.15pm.
