TWO men have appeared in court and pleaded guilty to stealing a model motorised helicopter..
Burnley magistrates heard Aaron Almond, 25, of Preston New Road, Blackburn, and Matthew Cooper, 26, of Pilmuir Road, Blackburn, committed the offence in Beardwood Brow, Blackburn, on May 18.
That offence put Cooper in breach of a suspended sentence he received at Preston Crown Court in April after being convicted of dangerous driving.
He was conditionally bailed to appear at Burnley Crown Court on October 22 for sentencing.
Almond was bailed for the preparation of a pre-sentence report. he will return to the magistrates court on October 9.
