A publican accused of assault has made his first appearance in court.
Andrew Goodwin,41, of the Hare and Hounds, Whalley Road, Clayton-le-Moors, is charged with assaulting David Graves at Blackpool on July 24.
Goodwin was bailed until September 21 by Blackburn magistrates.
