THE British Red Cross is holding an open day to celebrate 100 years in Lancashire.
The exhibition, which is part of the four day festival of Heritage in Burnley, has uniforms and other memorabilia dating back 100 years.
The open day is being held at East Lancashire District Office, Lady Towneley House, Manchester Road until 5pm today.
There is an opportunity to experience Red Cross through the ages and see how the service operates today.
Red Cross volunteers will also demonstrate First Aid and how the Red Cross responds to a local emergency, like the floods in Yorkshire.
