A WOMAN has been made subject of a restraining order after pleading guilty to assault.
Blackburn magistrates heard how 19-year-old Rebecca Stevenson assaulted Jacqueline Stevenson by beating her in Blackburn on August 20.
Stevenson, of Queen Street, Clayton-le-Moors, also admitted to committing a further offence whilst subject to an 18 month conditional discharge order imposed by magistrates on May 24.
She was given a two year restraining order banning her from contacting Jacqueline Stevenson directly or indirectly or entering George Street, Great Harwood.
She was also fined £20 and ordered to pay an £85 surcharge to fund victim services.
The money will be deducted from her benefits at a rate of £10 per month.
No order for prosecution costs was made.
