FIREFIGHTERS are warning about the dangers of cooking after a kitchen fire.
Two crews from Clitheroe were called to Whalley Road at Billington at 2.25pm this afternoon.
A Lancashire Fire Service spokesman said:”Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used a hosereel jet to extinguish the fire.
At 2.25pm @Clitheroe_Fire responded to a house fire on Whalley Road, Billington. The fire involved a kitchen hob. There were no casualties. More information is on our website here: https://t.co/jamsdJWE9x pic.twitter.com/88ejyZJpfX
