ALLOTMENT sheds have been targeted in a spate of thefts.
Police said they have received several reports that sheds have been targeted at the Pasture Lane and Bullhome sites in Barrowford.
Officers have warned allotment holders to try and mark their tools so that they can be identified.
PC Mark Dibb, of the Barrowford Neighbourhood Policing team, said: "We often recover items but struggle to return goods to the rightful owners due to identification issues."
