A MEMORIAL concert will be held for a Darwen woman this weekend.
Dawn Quirk died aged 24 in February 2004 and the third Dawn's Day music event at Marigolds in The Green, Darwen, is on Sunday.
Dawn, of Ellison Fold, died at the Christie Hospital, Manchester, after a nine-month battle with cancer.
Her family and friends have already raised more than £20,000 for charity.
Bands, including Darwen outfits Cherry-bomb and Crush, will be performing. Other bands hitting the stage include The Two Hats, 3 Sixteen, The Soul Searchers and Jamie Mac and co.
Dawn's Day starts at 3pm and runs until after midnight. Tickets are £5 and available from Cue Music and Marigolds.
