A Cube bike was taken during the burglary
A night time house burglar was arrested inside the property after he woke the female occupant.
Blackburn magistrates heard Jordan Thomas Taylor was in the process of 'bagging' items, including alcohol and a laptop prior to taking them away.
And a Cube bike had already been wheeled out of the property in Ashville, Haslingden, ready for removal.
Taylor, 36, of Woodside Road, Accrington, pleaded guilty to burglary.
He was committed on bail to be sentenced at Burnley Crown Court on August 28.
The court heard the female occupant heard a window smash and realised someone was in her home during the incident on June 8.
Police caught Taylor in the house placing items into a bag.
