Police have issued a warning
A SPATE of burglaries and attempted burglaries has led police to warn people to keep their houses secure.
Police have received four separate reports of incidents over the last few days in Padiham and Hapton.
Officers said most of these have involved offenders trying insecure doors to gain access to properties.
Burnley and Padiham Police said on Facebook: "Please remember to keep doors and windows locked, especially when you go to bed at night, and report anything suspicious on 101 - or 999 if a crime is in progress."
