A MAN was caught stealing from Tesco five days after he had been made subject to a community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement.
Sajid Hussain, 29, of Sunnybank Street, Haslingden, pleaded guilty to theft of razor blades and after shave worth £145. He was fined £40 with £35 victim surcharge.
Daniel Frazer, defending, said the drug rehabilitation requirement explained the motivation behind the offence.
"Clearly the order made last time he was in court has not yet had time to work," said Mr Frazer.
