LANGHO singing star Ella Shaw headline a concert as part of Ribchester Field Day tomorrow evening
Earlier she will showcase the work of students from her Clitheroe Academy of Arts in the main arena.
Ella achieved national fame as a semi-finalist on ITV’S ‘Britain’s Got Talent' in 2015
She said:” I’ve been going to Ribchester Field Day since I was a little girl. It’s really nice to be a part of it this year."
The traditional fancy dress parade will set off from Bee Mill at 1pm, followed by the crowning of new Field Day Queen Jessica Swan and a display by Ribchester Morris Dancers.
Saturday attractions at the field day on Ribchester Recreation Ground include piglet racing, donkey rides, stalls, a fairground and refreshment tent.
The Ribchester Amateur Theatrical Society will gave an eve of event performance of its ‘And Now for Something Completely Different ‘cabaret in the marquee this evening.
