The bridge over the Haslingden Bypass
POLICE talked down a man who was threatening to jump off a bridge.
Officers were called to the Haslingden Bypass near the Tesco store in Haslingden at around 4.30pm.
A police spokesman said officers were at the scene but the man came down on his own accord before called out negotiators arrived.
