A man who flouted a community order because he was sick was given a suspended jail term instead.
Daniel Delaney, 23, who was suffering from anxiety, had done 100 of the 180 hours of unpaid work order earlier imposed for racially aggravated harassment, Burnley Crown Court heard.
The defendant, of Padiham Road, Burnley, who had breached the order before, admitted failing to comply. He was given 30 days in jail, suspended for six months.
