A MAN who abused his neighbour after she thought he had started a blaze and rang the fire brigade, was fined £100 by Burnley magistrates.
The court heard Anthony White, 42, had an exchange of words with the victim, and threatened he would get her.
Police were called and White was arrested. He had cannabis in his pocket.
White, of Heron Court, Burnley, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and possessing cannabis.He was also ordered to pay £50 costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
