A FAULTY switch led to the outbreak of a shower fire.
Fire crews were called to an incident involving a faulty shower switch at a home in Billington Gardens, Billington just before 8am today.
A fire spokesman said: "There wasn't much damage, just to the shower itself."
There were no reported casualties.
The homeowner was later advised to contact an electrician.
