Manage just 5 hours and 45 minutes of a sleep a night?
You would feel at home in Japan, are most like a goat and get just 15 minutes less sleep a night than Barack Obama.
Tara Hall, from Hillarys, said: "It’s recommended that healthy adults get between seven and nine hours of sleep per night, but we know that’s not always possible.
"Whether life, work or finances are stressing you out and preventing you from sleeping, you have a busy social or romantic life that’s keeping you up late, or you have children who haven’t yet mastered sleeping through the night, there’s often a valid reason for not getting that much sleep – and it’s one that we sometimes just have to adjust to.”
