A TEENAGER who rowed with his brother and sister took out his frustration on his mum's £1,000 38-inch flat screen TV.
Blackburn magistrates heard that Grant William Jackson kicked the giant screen smashing it to pieces.
Jackson, 18, of Shakespeare Way, pleaded guilty to criminal damage and was remanded on bail for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
Scott Ainge, prosecuting, said Michelle Jackson was at work when her television was smashed by her son who had been watching TV with his siblings.
"She was still paying for the television on a weekly basis," said Mr Ainge.
Sian Hall, defending, said Jackson had been living at his auntie's while the matter was sorted out.
"He accepts that he should not have taken his frustrations out on the television," said Miss Hall.
