TWO PEOPLE were taken to hospital after a three-car accident.
Fire crews and paramedics were called to the incident - involving a car and two motorbikes - in Robinson Lane, Brierfield shortly after 9.30pm on Thursday night.
A spokesman for North West Ambulance said the casualties were taken to Royal Preston and Royal Blackburn hospital and one had suffered a head wound.
A fire spokesman said crews made the scene safe and ensured there were no remaining hazards from fire, fuel or debris.
