Appeal to find man who exposed himself near M65
POLICE are trying to find a man after an indecent exposure near M65.
Chief Inspector Hassan Khan tweeted about the incident...
@BurnleyPolice Indecent exposure this morning near M65 slip road Burnley. Offender described as white male, 20's on a push bike and carrying black bin bag. Please contact 101 quoting log 0237/071217 if you have seen him.
