ORGANISERS of a Christmas market are looking to ‘bring something different’ to the town.
The Great Harwood festive event will take place on Sunday, December 3, from 9am until 1pm at Towngate Square.
On offer will be a small train offering rides for children, Christmas trees, mulled wine and mince pies.
A total of 10 stalls will also be on offer selling a selection of goods and local singers will be providing entertainment.
Market organiser Andrew Wallin said: “We want to get as many people down to Great Harwood as possible for the event.
“It’s looking like it’s going to be a really good event.
“It will be something different for Great Harwood.
“We were looking to put something on last year but just didn’t get round to it with everything we had on.”
