THE 17th annual model railway exhibition will be held in Padiham next weekend.
The event will feature live steam radio-controlled locomotives and stationary model steam engines working on compressed air at Padiham’s Nazareth Unitarian Church hall, on Church Street.
A hands-on play area with Playmobile trains for the youngsters, and bargains to be found on a trade and a second-hand stall.
Freda Whittle, who will be running the catering for the event, said: "The church hall will be covered with a model railway and a massive track.
"This event will be ideal for anyone who has an interest in model trains."
Homemade refreshments will be available throughout the day, including sandwiches and dumplings.
Admission is £3 for adults and £1.50 for children.
It will be held on Saturday, November 4 from 10am.
