A NEW report has revealed the challenges patients face booking appointments at GP surgeries.
The document by Healthwatch Lancashire found 50 per cent of the public they spoke to struggled to get an urgent appointment on the same day.
It also said that 21 per cent of people had difficulty getting routine appointments. In total, Healthwatch spoke to 851 patients in GP waiting rooms.
