A SUMMER fayre has raised hundreds of pounds for a community hospital.
This year’s Friends of Pendle Community Hospital Summer Fayre in Nelson raised a record £691.68 to enhance the care given to the hospitals’ patients.
Volunteers, hospital staff and businesses offered their support with artisan stalls, coffee shop, homemade baking and a book stall
There was also a bric-a-bric, Tombola and raffle to entertain patients, staff and visitors.
