TEENAGERS were spotted trespassing on railway lines in Accrington on Monday morning.
The teenage girls were warned police would be visiting their parents after they were seen on the line near Owen Street in Accrington.
Transport officers were also called to reports of bricks being placed on the line and obstructing the railway in the Ramsgreave area of Blackburn
