A WOMAN was cut out of her car after a crash in Blackburn.
A police spokesman said a Skoda Fabia and an Audi A4 collided in Barbara Castle Way at 10.40am.
A North West Ambulance Service spokesman said a 65-year-old woman was taken to Royal Blackburn Hospital.
"She was cut out of the car by the fire service as the door was jammed shut.
"Her injuries were not thought to be life threatening."
The road was closed for a short period until the cars were recovered at 12.30pm.
