A FATHER-OF-ONE accused of raping a 13-year-old boy has been cleared of all charges against him.
Derek Denwood had always denied any wrongdoing and a jury at Burnley Crown Court took less than one hour to clear him of all charges.
They were six counts of rape, one of indecency and a charge of indecent assault.

The court heard Denwood, of Dickson Street in Colne, never denied having sex with the complainant, who is now 28.
But he said that it was always consensual and took place when they were both over the age of 18.
