TWO teenagers have come forward to police after vehicles were driven and damaged at a coach yard in Accrington.

The boys, aged 15 and 16 from the town have contacted officers following a CCTV appeal after the incident at M&M Coaches in Crown Street, on Sunday, November 6.

A police spokesman said: "They will be spoken to in due course.

"Thanks to everyone who assisted with our appeal."

Officers have said that two unidentified youngsters crouched under a locked metal fence and managed to get inside one of the parked coaches.

They drove the coach around the depot before smashing it into a shutter.

They then stole keys to some of the other coaches.

Coach windows were smashed and one of the vehicles was driven at a fence in an attempt to ram it to drive it outside.

They were disturbed by a member of the public and escaped the scene.
