This week, people have been nominating on social media and an eight-strong shortlist has been drawn up.
They include Roomali in Lower Cockroft, Khyber in Whalley Range, Kismat in Haslingden, Bombay Lounge in Barrowford, Akash in Darwen, Cinnamon Spice in Accrington, Zam Zam Spice in Great Harwood and Anaz Restaurant in Darwen.

Closing date for online poll and email is November 29, at 5pm, and December 2, for postal votes.
