A MAN arrested after a nine-year-old boy was killed as he crossed the road in Blackburn has had his police bail extended.
Adam Limbada was crossing Whalley New Road, Blackburn, near to Plane Street, when he was hit by a white BMW 4 Series.
Adam was with his father at the time of the incident at 10.55pm on August 4.

The driver of the BMW, a 25-year-old man from Blackburn, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
He was due to answer bail yesterday but that has been extended until November 24.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, quoting log number 1712 of August 4.
