FRANK MILROY On 6th July 2016 peacefully in hospital aged 86 years. Loving husband to the late Edna. Step father to Barbara and Susan and partners Peter and Kevin. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Reposing in the Mill Hill Chapel of Rest, 9 New Wellington Street, Blackburn. Funeral service and cremation to take place on Thursday 14th July at Pleasington Crematorium at 2.15pm.
