AN investigation is underway after a car was abandoned on an industrial estate near an East Lancashire town and then torched on Monday night.
Firefighters were alerted just after 9.30pm on Monday night to reports that a Seat Leon had been left well alight on land between Alan Ramsbottom Way, Baron's Way and Station Road in Great Harwood.

The vehicle was destroyed as a result of the blaze.
County fire officials informed Lancashire Police regarding the incident, after it was believed the Seat had been deliberately set on fire.
