CREWS were called to a fire outside a Blackburn pub this morning.
The 'accidental' fire, which was caused by a discarded cigarette, happened outside the Knowles Arms in Pleckgate Road at 4am.

Two fire engines from Blackburn Station attended the incident, which was located in the decking area, and used one hose reel to extinguish the flames.
It is thought the fire was started by someone throwing a lit cigarette into a plant pot.
Nobody was injured and only minor damage was caused.
Firefighters were at the scene for around 20 minutes.
