OFFICERS are appealing for information after a man was taken to hospital after a crash in Colne.
The 49-year-old fell ill at the wheel and crashed into a Hyundai car at around 4pm on Friday in Albert Road - causing minor damage.

Paramedics attended the scene and found the man unresponsive.
The man was taken to Airedale Hospital for treatment where he remains.
The female driver of the Hyundai was uninjured.
Sgt Claire Pearson, of Lancashire Police’s Road Policing Unit, said: “We are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Colne on Friday.
“We understand the driver had fallen ill at the wheel and he is currently being treated at hospital for a head injury.
“We would be particularly keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident. Albert Road was very busy at the time of the collision and we believe a number of motorists may have seen what happened.”
