The Burnley committee is formed by equal numbers of county and borough councillors.
The committee's powers include budget and priority setting for highways, road safety schemes, waste services, library and museum opening hours, youth and community services and issuing local grants.
The meeting will take place in the reception room of Burnley Town Hall at 6.30pm on Wednesday May 30.
