POLICE have released CCTV images after a man was seen touching himself inappropriately in Blackburn town centre.
The man made kissing noises at a woman he was following, near The Mall in King William Street, before touching himself inappropriately.
Officers would like to speak to the man pictured in connection with the incident - which happened at around 8pm on Wednesday.
PC Paul Corris, of Blackburn Police, said: "We are keen to speak to the man pictured in connection with the incident and we would appeal to anyone who recognises him to contact us immediately.
"We would also urge anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and may have any information that could assist with our enquiries to contact us.”
Anyone who recognises the man should call police on 101. Alternatively call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
