A BANNED driver caught on a "goped" was bailed but was later found with a cannabis haul on him, a court was told.
Burnley magistrates heard that Lee Foster, 18, who had previously been spared jail for supplying hard drugs, had 14 bags of cannabis and almost £200 in cash when police stopped a car in Blackburn a month later.
He was given a 12 month community order, the Think First programme, 80 hours' unpaid work and must pay £100 costs.
Foster, of Darwen Street, Burnley, admitted driving while disqualified and with no insurance and possessing cannabis.
