A MAN said to pose a risk to any partner he might have has been sent on a domestic violence programme.
Burnley Magistrates were told how Daniel Allan, 27, who attacked his girlfriend, may yet get back together with the victim. He was still not able to acknowledge he had isues with his temper, alcohol and aggression and was said to have blamed her.
The defendant, of Scarlett Street, Burnley, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm, on March 25.
He was given a two year community order with the domestic violence programme and supervision and must pay victim Michelle Clayton £300 compensation, and £75 costs.
